Not the heroes we thought we needed but the heroes we really needed all along
is it next summer yet
my favorite college experience is when i had a 7am class and the kid next to me literally poured a monster energy drink into his coffee said “i’m going to die” and drank the whole thing
i knew a guy who brewed his instant coffee with monster instead of water. three cups in two hours. i think he ascended to the astral realm
the survivability of the human race never ceases to amaze me
I feel like if Yami had his own body, he’d be constantly hanging around his partner like 24/7.
"Yami, what the fuck, it’s two in the morning, get out of my room!"
"I just wanted to make sure you were still there."
"Jesus Christ, go back to bed."
Was kind of watching TV, mostly on the computer, when I looked up and saw the end of one commercial and the start of another and I saw a frame that looked something like this:
It’s an error message from Final Cut Pro, a standard professional video editing program. An error like this is NOT supposed to get through in the postproduction process at all. Especially in the professional world.
I have a lot of experience with this program and would recognize this image anywhere, even for just a single frame, because part of editing is being able to see a single frame of error, a blank frame, clipping, etc. I had a class where this kind of mistake got you yelled at in front of everyone in the class. It was a crazy fast paced class, so there were plenty of errors that got through just due to the crazy tight schedule where everything was done by yourself. However, being on a tight schedule is no excuse. This is one was the worst errors to get through after editing because you have to really not be paying attention to miss it. If you don’t see in the timeline, it would be labeled right on the file, or it can be seen when you watch the final rendered and compressed video.
the origons of Ouija boards are funny if you think about it like they’re part of an another country (China)’s ancient history that was practiced until one emporer decided “You know what this is probably a bad idea” and banned the practice.
then centuries later an old buisnessman comes along and is like “I’m going to take this and market it as a toy to children.”
Which is the exact plot of Yu-Gi-Oh
I fucking love my new poster
I wonder if there will be more FrFr! shorts when the Free! Eternal Summer DVDs come out.
Guess I’ll find out in a few months.
